How long in advance do we need to book you?
It is best to book as soon as you have arranged your ceremony and perhaps your reception venue.

Most wedding photography bookings are taken between 6 months and 2 years in advance and our main weddings take place between early April and mid November.

The busiest months are May, June and September which tend to get booked very quickly.  However, we do take last minute bookings throughout the year.



How do we book you?
Contact us via e-mail or telephone to check your date is still available. 

Information and a booking form will be sent to you via e-mail to complete and return.

Your booking will remain provisional until we receive your deposit and completed booking form.  We will then confirm your booking in writing.



When do we pay you?
Final payment is due before your departure from Cyprus.  We can take payment by cash, credit card or bank debit card.



What happens next?
We will contact you again via either e-mail or telephone a few weeks before your wedding date to check for any changes. Please feel free to contact us as often as you like before your wedding day.



What happens when we arrive in Cyprus?
Once you arrive in Cyprus and have settled in we ask you to telephone us (or we will telephone you) to arrange a pre-wedding meeting at a suitable time and location.

Following photographing your wedding day, you can just leave everything to us. We do all the delivery and collections of proofs, CD/DVD, wedding albums leaving you to enjoy your time in Cyprus.
